Climate: Zanzibar is a superb year round destination though the best time to visit is from June to October when it is dry and cooler. Temperatures are generally on the warm side (80s and 90s) throughout the year with the hottest months being from December to March. Rains are not usually an inconvenience during the green season (November to May) with the exception of late April to mid May when it tends to rain for extended periods of time on Zanzibar.
